Saturday, March 2, 2013 - Recent purchase. Drunk at cellar temperature upwards.
Nose of vanilla oakiness, fresh green mixed salad, coriander leaf and citrus dressing.
Flavour dried apricot, pineapple with a lime/lemon zest and green capsicum backbone. Fabulous viscosity. Oak fully integrated, bone dry with great length and considerable intensity. Semillon dominates.
Fine wine indeed leaving me with perhaps four years+ to enjoy my remaining 35 bottles. Excellent value for this quality.
