Community Tasting Note

Friday, June 21, 2013 - After my pervious experience with this wine (see tasting note from May '13), this bottle has the color and flavors that I've come to expect. I see that Honest Bob also had the "darkened" version of this wine. I should probably lower my score for that bottle (as it's not the style that I prefer), but I did find it an interesting departure from what I typically drink in a Brdx white. Had the most recent bottle with a zesty, cold pasta & vegetable salad and goat gouda, which are good pairings for this wine.
