Friday, July 23, 2021 - Slow ox > 1.5 hrs. Rich spicy crème de cassis and cedar aromas. Deep, rich, medium-full bodied on the palate with black cherries and notes of sweet, smoky oak. Nice, spicy slightly dry finish. In an excellent drinking window now, but well stored bottles should hold for a few more years.
