Friday, June 12, 2015 - A delicious Alsace Riesling at its peak, I guess. Quite deep gold tinted yellow. Well developed nose of white flowers, a touch of spice and minerals. Medium+ bodied palate, with white fruit overlaid by floral and spicy aromatics, slightly sweet seeming (could be an illusion due to the aromatics) with minerals, fresh acidity and firm backbone. Very good.
