Wednesday, December 3, 2008 - Light yellow-green in colour. Starts out showing sulfur on the nose which clears with some air to show lots of minerals, flowers, grapefruit and faintly oily notes. Lots of power and concentration on the palate - this has intense green apple, grapefruit, mineral and lime flavours and tremendous bracing acidity. Finishes dry with medium length. Very tasty now, but the density, structure and balance suggests this has a long life ahead.
