Thursday, May 22, 2008 - Light yellow colour; nose of artichoke/asparagus boil; lanolin causing my mouth to water. Dry, almost tart, a tad out of balance, grainy with a little heat at end. Not especially pleased with the hot finish, burning at the end. Tart, bitter finish.
