Monday, October 23, 2023 - Popped and poured with 20 minutes in the glass. Huge nose of ripe red and black cherries, cut grass, hint of barnyard. In the mouth it’s fat, with fine dry tannins and a nice finish. Overall the initial impression is of a young, fruit driven wine but slowly starts recalling its layers. However, the structure IMO will not hold more than 5-6 more years. It’s ready.
