Friday, April 26, 2024 - Dark ruby, youthful appearance. Licorice, violets, taragon, and black raspberry scents with a pleasing high-toned liqueur essence. Rather tangy initial bite that unfortunately predominates the mixed red berry/plum palate, ultimately culminating in a bitter-tinged finish. Best to consume within two hours of opening. This bottle aerated longer than previous one.
