Saturday, January 30, 2016 - Drank over two nights. First night mulberry & plum but only a hint fruit sweetness, dark chocolate, cocoa, graphite tannins on a drying finish. Second night also blackcurrant and some fruit sweetness peeking out, albeit a little dilute. Savoury, structured, balanced, even serious, but lacking power and length and enjoyment for higher points. Good value, though not necessarily what punters are looking for or will appreciate at this price.
