Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Nose was just starting to develop some earthy sois bois, but lots of red fruits, vanilla and oak spice with a little cinnamon. Palate is still very young, but still drinking superbly. Lots of refined richness, with layers of red fruits, great acidity and oak, with a delicate spice, and the finish is complex and long. In 5 years this will be sublime. Glad I have 2 bottles to check it out. Well worth seeking out to try and #giveanewwineago #burgundynick bought from @laywheeler 92 points
