Tuesday, April 5, 2022 - This is a lovely Burgundy that's just starting to open its shell. The silkiness of Cathiard is quite prevalent and the flavors of sour cherry and dark spices are just delicious. There is a classic NSG mineral crunch on the finish and this should continue to develop nicely and be an early-drinker in the context of Cathiard's typical longevity. 92+
