Saturday, September 3, 2016 - Full body, deep to inky purple color. Intense black fruits, floral and oak aroma. Black cherry, smoked plums, black olives and dark chocolate on the palate, long spicy finish. Rich, bold texture, complex, slightly dis-balanced, gentle acidity, tannic. Food friendly, best match is roasted or grilled meat. Don't cold it, serve 20º - 26º. Open about six hours in advance. Still not ready, cellar it one or two years.
