Wednesday, April 21, 2021 - Nicolas restaurant in Singapore on Wednesday evening with Seb and Romain. Medium purple Color. Beautiful nose with red cherry, raspberry, roses, leather, sweet spices, vegetal and animal notes, a very complex nose. Med acidity, full body, high alcohol, Med+ flavor intensity, Med tannins, long finish. Minty, animal, vegetal and leather notes, silky tannins, Mediterranean herbs and olives, I feel like we are in the south of France. Excellent albeit on the young side.
