Friday, July 17, 2020 - I continue to be very impressed with this wine though think it may be a bit over hyped. It has settled a bit since the bottle drunk last year. The color has deepened a shade and the nose is loaded with clay, chalk and spring flowers. Clean and precise. The palate feels Chablis-like without the depth I love about the best from that region. Again, clean and delicious but I just don’t get the fireworks.
