Thursday, June 23, 2016 - Super exotic fruit notes of passion fruit (!!!). Never had that in red Burgundy... Also notes of raspberries, orange zest, ferrous notes, some sweet spices, minerals and a touch of sweet herbs. It's lower medium bodied, has pretty high acidity and medium tannin. Good length. A super fresh, exotic NSG full of tension. I don't think this will make old bones but it's fascinating right now and probably over the next few years.
