Sunday, December 3, 2023 - AP:02 16 ABV:8.5%. Pale straw. Hints of petrol on the nose. Mouth watering acidity. Detailed and precise. Finished with honey and lime. Not overtly sweet. A fantastic Kabinett, clearly this is aging very well since last bottle many years ago. Certainly aging better than ‘15 Julian Haart Schubertslay Kabinett.
