Saturday, May 6, 2023 - Drank nearly half a bottle from Coravin last night with a dry-aged ribeye. Ruby red color. Expressive nose of cassis, pencil shavings, exotic spices. Medium to full-bodied, fantastic pure fruit. The finish is long. Fine tannins, good acidity. This seems to be in its drinking window though I'm guessing it will continue to improve over the next several years. A really excellent elegant wine.
