Thursday, July 16, 2009 - Popped-and-poured, unfortunately. Nose of creme de cassis. On the palate, completely shut down, acid and tannin masking what feels, primarily from texture and mouthfeel, like some very plush fruit. I'll wait at least a year before I try another.
