Friday, February 24, 2012 - Opened to blackberry, cream and spice nose, palate plush and polished. Modern in style, even new world. With airing it seemed to firm up and gain more grainy, grippy dry Medoc characters and the bouquet gained interest. A delicious and accessible expression of Cabernet.
