Thursday, March 29, 2018 - My first experience with this bottling, and I have to confess I don’t really get it. Floral nose, alongside some muted fruit. Some bitterness (presumably from the Semillon) clashes with the other whites. Dry, but in fact flabby at the same time. Didn’t work tonight.
