  • A very pleasant uplifting wine, with lemony acid which makes it ideal to accompany seafood and shellfish. This has very good fruit, but the problem is figuring out what it is and what is fighting with what for attention. Predominately composed of a very attractive Semillion, for reasons unkown Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay have also be added to the assemblage. The result is not an entirely happy union. But, on the whole, nice to quaff.

  • My first experience with this bottling, and I have to confess I don’t really get it. Floral nose, alongside some muted fruit. Some bitterness (presumably from the Semillon) clashes with the other whites. Dry, but in fact flabby at the same time. Didn’t work tonight.
