Friday, February 5, 2016 - Concentrated wine that manages to be nimble. Terrific range of flavors across the palate from floral and eucalyptus notes through layers of lightly peppered dark flesh fruits to touch of wet stone.
Did a long slow ox then in the decanter for 2+ hours. Healthy middle age, a few good years ahead.
