Sunday, September 26, 2021 - Very nice wine, but did not live up to my memory of it. Cork was pristine. Intense color and concentration. Still has the leather and tobacco that made it interesting a few years ago, but the acid correction has begun to stand out in an unnatural sort of way for a wine this age. It will probably survive for many more years, but it’s not clear that more time will pay many dividends.
