Monday, August 29, 2016 - Great depth of color, maroon and purple with the beginnings of some bricking around the rim. Ripe plum and cut wood aromas. A touch of heat. Delicious red fruit and chambord note on the palate. There's fresh cut redwood which appears mid palate. Slight drying sensation on the backend. Medium length finish.
