The bottle we drank was incredibly uneventful with the wine only presenting anything noticeably after eating food (roast beef). The bottle was decanted ~3 hours before drinking and had been taken out of the cellar 24 hours to get to room temp. Hoping this is an anomaly or perhaps needs to be out of the bottle for longer before tasting.
