Pale green tinged lemon, barely any colour all really, almost colourless.
Kelpy saline, halide infused seaside mineral nose, hint of bitter melon and cream, faint kaffir blossom and lime.
Palate youthful, mineral, understated, subtle hints of honeycomb, acacia, lime, maybe a tinge of Mirabelle, intensity builds on the very saline finish.
Certainly don’t regret ditching work today to go to the beach…
