Friday, December 17, 2021 - Over a year since I last tried a bottle and it may have lost a step or two but it is still a really good bottle of wine. Opened and let sit for two hours while I prepared dinner. The nose was all fruit. The palate was dark cherry, a little raspberry, plums and hints of spice. The finish was long. I served it with a seared salmon and the seasoning on the salmon might have had an effect on the scoring of the wine.
