Wednesday, January 18, 2023 - This had the most development, with dry leaves, undergrowth, wet-earth scents rising from the glass with a short swirl... Herbs, more earth on the palate, but it just couldn't hold for long - went downhill after 20+ mins or so. Nice drink, but don't hold too long in the glass...
