Saturday, November 14, 2020 - Two hour decant. Smells of spiced red fruits, jammy dark berries and brick dust. Brighter fruit leads - cherry, pomegranate, blackberry and plum. Earthy with cinnamon and pepper spice. Lingering notes of damp fall air, falling leaves - these wines always carry such a beautiful sense of place.

Little spice on night two, the fruit is softer and the wine is more floral. Very pretty. This is in a great spot, likely three to five left to go.
