Saturday, February 11, 2017 - Had the Revana cab, figured I should try the Alexana Pinot. This Pinot was perfect on this Texas patio evening. Very refreshing. Without a doubt, this needs to be served slightly more chilled than others. Gorgeous red fruits splash the tongue...strawberry, cloudberries, lingonberries (all those cold weather fruits). Great integration of funky earthiness and herbs. Very small Spice on the backend, but not peppery.
