Friday, August 19, 2016 - Great nose with notes of lavender, strawberry and watermelon. There's a dusty note in there too. I couldn't shake the feeling that this bottle would be even better in the vineyard or at a farm, it just has a nice sense of place. Tastes of sweet cherry, orange rind and honey. Medium acid and slightly spicy through the finish.

Our first bottle was fine but this bottle drank really well. I'm hoping the trend continues to the last bottle.
