Saturday, July 30, 2016 - Medium golden yellow in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of mature & developed ripe fruit aromas of apples & citrus notes of lemons & limes, with buttery/butterscotch/caramel overtones, some floral notes of honeysuckle, stony/minerals, toasty oak & a hint of almonds. Medium bodied with a good concentration of balanced & smooth textured, mature & developed, unctuous, ripe fruit flavors of apples, peaches, lemons & limes with stony/minerals, buttery & a touch of toasted oak. Long lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present & is at or past its peak of development depending on storage conditions, so drink up soon.
