Thursday, July 7, 2016 - A wine that speaks softly but has a lot to say. A lot of nuance. Smells of watermelon, and on the palate there is juicy red fruit plus hints of white pepper and wild herbs that remind me of a Grenache-based rosé from the Rhône. Very contemplative rosé that can seem a bit one-dimensional at first but really opens up and was even more delicious on the second day.
