Friday, December 6, 2019 - Woodwinters Edinburgh Fine Wine Bash (Woodwinters Edinburgh): Brownish red. Fragrant, oily nose. Really singular aroma but hard to place - sweet blueberry jelly, or raspberry ripple ice cream? Soft taste, sweet fruit, punchy finish. A touch herbal. Possibly my first barolo, and it was good! [14.5% abv; Woodwinters, £77].
