Monday, October 12, 2015 - A gorgeous bottle, much better than the one we had a few weeks ago. Complex aromatics of tea leaf, hoisin and sandalwood. The palate is vinous silk and flavours are sweet and spicy. There's a suggestion of smoked meats and a little tar on the finish.
