Wednesday, January 14, 2015 - 2012 Bouchard dinner with Panos – Mostly Bouchards (Ripple Restaurant in DC): Ripe red fruits, raspberry jam, candied cherry, caramel, sap and mineral. Good concentration, nicely layered fruits, noticeable tannins and long finish. It is expressive but need another ten years to reach the peak. Very good.
