Wednesday, May 4, 2016 - Diamond Creek Rare Wine Dinner (Charlie Palmer Steak): Good nose but not quite as expressive as the flight of ‘97s beforehand. Palate doesn’t totally sync up to the pretty nose here. Tannins still hanging around but mostly integrating nicely.
