Wednesday, April 1, 2015 - This started off with a rather reticent nose. After some time in the glass with some coaxing and swirling, I could get white-flowers, citrus and with more time, some cream as well. On the palate, minerality took front stage. The finish was rather long too, just that it was marred by a slight tinge of bitterness towards the end. This should get much better with time in bottle...
