Saturday, January 14, 2023 - Spanish fun day one (N&J's place, Canberra): From Coravin. Leather, earth, slightly oxidised baked red fruits, smidge of vanilla, sweet spic, cream, a little fresh strawberry with time. Juicy, red hued fruit rove slight sour which lends freshness, tangy, tannins are slightly drying, persistent and support the fruit alcohol warmth is non intrusive, a little leather, vanilla, cream complete the picture, fresh, balanced. Lovely
