Monday, January 25, 2021 - This 2015 Patelin is so unusual in that it is the wineries "restaurant wine" and their lowest priced red meant for easy quick consumption and most are ok in value but this vintage improved with age and got richer and deeper unlike earlier vintages that simply faded to no flavor after a couple years. Red cherry and strawberry with some spice to round it out. Drink now
