Saturday, April 13, 2024 - Muted nose but upon opening two hours opened. Red fruit (cherry and some raspberry) with little oak or tannins and medium acid. Surprisingly long finish with some iodine? Delicious with grilled filet mignon with herb baste and caramelized brussel sprouts. Interesting how pairing can impact tasting.
