Friday, September 17, 2021 - Changed a bit over the last 7 years. The bouquet pronounces the tertiary notes with some truffles. But also classic pencil shavings, red meat and some cassis mingle in the flavor profile. The palate is quite precise with nicely integrated tannins.
There is no need to hurry as it is drinking quite nicely right now.
