Tuesday, July 28, 2009 - Had a glass at Revolver. Very tasty round peach flavors, but a little disappointing because the sweetness is much higher than I'd expect from a kabinett. I'd have thought this was a spatlese or even an auslese. The acidity didn't cut through enough to make this a great food wine.
