Saturday, October 27, 2007 - At Chez Panisse with friends--slightly chilled. This was a fabulous white, with an aroma that was rich, but flavors that were sharp and focused. I commented about a "cleaness" that may have really been describing the combination of brightness in conjuction with the silky mouth feel. Gotta get more of this!
