Saturday, March 21, 2015 - Blackcurrant nose with hints of undergrowth. Loads of soft tannins and great length. Touch of green and Something missing mid palate. Very enjoyable and easy to drink. Drinking well, will improve for a few years. Drink over the next 10 years. Looking over other 2002 tasting notes the green, acidic and hollow comments recurr as characteristic of the vintage. Particularly successful were Lynch Bages and Palmer.
