Tuesday, November 27, 2018 - Fine clay like sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Light greenish yellow and clear. Interesting nose with green apples, a touch of funk, and some fruit skins. Medium acidity (5/10) and light bodied. Almost a carbonated texture on the palate with some light wax, apples, tropical fruits and some thickness to it. Medium length finish. Drink now.
