Friday, September 29, 2017 - 2nd of 2 I bought and slightly better than the first. Has developed really nicely. Medium body, round texture, pretty (though subtle) aromas of flowers, peach and melon. Similar flavors on palate with a sweet herbal element and hints of dill pickle and orange. Long, bright, balanced finish. Paired well with a Thai chicken basil dish.
