Thursday, August 11, 2022 - Best bottle (Weindorf Kirchheim, Waldhorn Laube): Glass: Sophienwald Bordeaux
Popped and poured. Certainly a clear step up from the Artemis. Beautiful spicy nose, pencil shavings, red fruit, very harmonious.
On the palate elegant, silky texture, round, harmonious, no rough edges, but also some pressure and tension. Good length. Will continue to evolve, but I doubt that it will be really great. 92-93+
