Saturday, May 21, 2011 - Blind Wine Tasting with Riedel Vinum Extreme Glass Test: This softened amazingly with the decanting. Initially straight out of the bottle, it had a harsh metallic finish that is what I dislike extremely in a Pinot. After a few hours of decanting the finish was remarkably smoother and silky. A very light violet nose. Still not a Pinot I would buy again.
