Wednesday, April 26, 2017 - It improved vs. six months ago, losing some of the overpowering floral sweet nose and settling down a bit. A simpler wine, fruity. You just need to find the right food for this one. Seared and glazed pork would probably be a good call. We put it up with a pasta dish with smoked salmon and it worked!
